Welcome to JMeditate, operated by Shepherd LTD, an Israeli company. JMeditate is a trademark of Shepherd LTD, with registration pending. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
- Services Provided
JMeditate offers meditation-related content and features through its web and mobile applications. Users can access both free and paid subscriptions, available on a monthly or yearly basis.
- User Responsibilities
JMeditate is recommended for users over the age of 18. Users agree not to engage with certain features, such as audio-guided meditations, while driving or operating dangerous machinery. By using JMeditate, you agree to use the app responsibly and refrain from prohibited activities.
- Health and Wellness Disclaimer
JMeditate provides techniques and content aimed at enhancing well-being, including but not limited to, improving sleep, focus, and spiritual enlightenment. However, JMeditate is not a licensed medical service and does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content provided through the app is for informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice.
Users should consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns before using the app. Shepherd LTD and JMeditate do not guarantee any specific health outcomes and disclaim any liability for health-related issues arising from the use of the app. The results of using JMeditate may vary from person to person.
- Payments and Refunds
Payments can be made via credit card or PayPal. Subscription cancellations will apply until the next due payment. Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 30 days to process.
- Intellectual Property
JMeditate and all content within it are owned by Shepherd LTD. Any content created by users within the app will also be owned by Shepherd LTD. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
Shepherd LTD is not liable for any damages arising from the use of JMeditate. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party links provided within the app are not controlled or endorsed by Shepherd LTD, and we disclaim liability for their content.
- Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Israeli Arbitration Institute. Users agree to waive their right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
- Governing Law and International Use
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and any disputes will be subject to Israeli jurisdiction. Users from outside Israel are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations. By using JMeditate, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Israeli courts.
- Updates and Revisions
Shepherd LTD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will require explicit user consent, obtained through email or app notifications. Continued use of the app after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Termination of Service
Shepherd LTD reserves the right to terminate access to JMeditate for users who fail to make due payments or violate our community guidelines, including discriminatory or antisemitic comments. Terminations for such violations will be made without a refund.
- Notices and Communication
Official communications regarding these Terms will be handled via email and in-app notifications. Users are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date. Notices will be deemed received 24 hours after being sent.
- Account Security and User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and for providing accurate information. Shepherd LTD is not liable for any unauthorized access to user accounts resulting from user negligence.
- Limitation of Liability Cap
In no event will Shepherd LTD’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the user over the last 12 months of their subscription.
